Pilbara Manager

Prior to joining KPCA, Pip was the Pilbara Coordinator with Greening Australia for nearly three and a half years which saw her managing environmental projects on pastoral leases and working with Aboriginal Ranger teams to achieve training and conservation outcomes, in particular with the Yandeyarra Ranger group. Whilst working with Greening Australia, she was awarded the inaugural Young Leader of the Year award in 2015. Prior to this, Pip was the Coordinator for Care for Hedland, a local environmental group, where she managed the local turtle monitoring program, coordinated a Garden Club, waste and sustainability initiatives and facilitated land care trips with volunteers out to Yarrie and De Grey Stations. Pip is originally from Sydney and has lived in Port Hedland since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney.
